Midnight blue eyes stared at the entrance to the hallow tree as the light colored tom lay in the middle of the training area, tail flicking on the ground. Where was that apprentice of his? Why did he even have an apprentice? He was made a warrior about a moon ago...They were short on warriors.. that is the real reason why. All the older warriors had apprentices, and out of those recently made warriors, he was the oldest and the one who knew the warrior code the best... Adderfang had drilled it, and fighting moves, into Willowfrost's brain since day one. And thus he was given a snot-nosed apprentice. What was her name? Oh right.. Ferretpaw. She has gone through two mentors already. From now until she became a warrior, he would teach her the rest of the ropes. How /fun/.
His dark colored tail wisped across the ground, a black ear flicking " I told her to be here at dawn." He muttered, pushing himself to his feet as he walked to wards the entrance of the hallow. The sun was already starting to peak over the horizon. Something of a monetary fear over took him.. had something happened?

Quick to react like a Ferret, Lashing out at things that bother or scare me, My Paws will forever be vigilant and sly
Shinning blue and silver hued eyes sought out movement amongst the ferns and other undergrowth of the forest. They were wide, and full of alertness and a slight glint of worry. Everything surrounding her was green and vibrant in color, and it made her uneasy. Everywhere she went Ferretpaw was mercilessly reminded of her mothers killer and her horrible death. Green was here enemy, it was her worst nightmare, and it was the name and mark of the terror she avoided. To many the beautiful dark smokey grey and darker grey striped she cat was anything but the serene individual she appeared. For almost two moons now she was haunted by the visions from witnessing her mother`s death, and no matter how much she wished them away they remained.
She had always lived strong up until that, but now she had to fight to even maintain her sanity. The feelings of terror for the lush green that surrounded her wouldn`t always effect her, but today it was like an itch that wouldn`t go away. She was practiaclly sprinting to the training area, her ivory white paws pelted through the twigs and tuffs of grass here and there in her haste. If there had been any prey within her reach they were most likely hiding in there holes with her rampaging ruckus. Ferretpaw stopped when she reached the hallow that marked the entrance to the training ground, but there was green moss all around it, and the way the coloring or it was, it looked just like that spider that had bitten her mother. At first she backed away from it, with her traditional hesitation, but being the tempermental little fighter she was she charged through it knowing that if she let a bit of moss stop her then she would look bad to her mentor. First impressions were everything in her book. Though when she did run on in she yowled in slight fear, it wasn`t loud, but it was still a noise.
She sheepishly looked at him and gave a nervous crooked grin." Er hi.... sorry i`m late" She realized that she might have almost knocked into him when she stormed in and instantly dropped her head muttering about being frightened. There was no way she was going to tell him about her fears, or about the disturbing dreams she had about the spiders. Her first mentor had known, and she hadn`t told her aunt, nor had she let her pride act weak when around her. Ferretpaw knew that Harmonysong had to have known, because of the look she had gotten of concern and contempt. She didn`t know how Willowfrost would react, or if she wanted him to know, or if stories had left her aunt lips, and he already knew. [/font]
