Ladies and Gentlemen of Fluttered Minds.

There are new matters to discuss; some of which are lesser matters and will be not be bold. But that does not mean that we want you to skip over them entirely. The more important things can be considered part of the rules. A Private Message has gone out to all the members of this site as well; if you have read this thread; feel free to delete. I will also send out a PM certain members. They will have reached some of the new goals that are going to be started and enforced here.

Fighting.

I know that we have limited it to three kicks and a ban on the chat-box; but that rule has not been followed well; or very well reinforced. Well as of now; no one will be allowed to fight. Anyone who has been reported fighting with screen shots or if an admin/moderator is on; will be banned for an hour. Each time you fight the ban gets worse. I am done with the fighting, and I'm making sure no one else gets sucked into it anymore.

Swearing.

Ivy is not a huge supporter of the swearing rule; and frankly neither am I. We are going to be removing this rule from the CHAT-BOX. There are cases where you will get kicked for swearing though; and if you choose not to read this; we are entitled to kick you for swearing for not following these rules. 1) Swearing may not be used directly at a person. 2) Swearing may be used occasionally; but not every other word. 3) Swearing may be allowed; but being disrespectful isn't. Don't talk about people behind their backs; no matter how much you hate them.

Members.

Members have been going well; but we are still looking for more. This is a link to our advertising contest. Don't think it's not worth it quite yet. Read the prizes... I image there is something you will like here. Make sure you have signed up and read the rules so that way we will know who won. If you don't sign up first; you are not eligible for a prize.

Activity.

We have multiple members coming on each day; and I am proud of that; but if you look at our forum; it is slowly dying away. I don't want to be forced to change or remove the xat box; but if given no other option that is what will happen.

Now; what are some things that we are going to start adding onto the Activity? Well; here are a few things that Members, Staff, AND the WHOLE SITE can look forward to. No one may nag another to post to receive these prizes. This is only if you all actually agree with this.

Four Hundred Posts ;; Bronze Member and Three Colored Name and Admittance to the Bronze Member board.
Five Hundred Posts ;; Silver Member and Make-a-skin and admittance into the Silver Member Board.
Six Hundred Posts ;; Platinum Member and Possible Staff Pick when needed, and Admittance into the Platinum member board.
Seven Hundred Posts and Up ;; Staff Pick when needed; Make a Skin, Colored Name; and Golden Member, and Admittance into the Golden Member board.

Sorry if this seems like a lot to ask for; but guys it really isn't. When we have 38 members; there are plenty of people to role-play with as well as people to talk to. Characters are added everyday; there is plenty to do off the chat-box as well as on. Now I hope this gives you something to shoot for.
