xx. small paws touched the dust and dirt on the meadow floor. it was raining again in windclan and there was no place to take shelter from it. so the new apprentice was forced to deal with the cold rain that seeped into her pelt. her claws curled into the mud as she walked and her eyes were focused on something in the distance. she flicked her tail back and forth before stopping. she stretched her limbs and yawned before shaking her pelt out from the rain. it fluffed and then sank again as the water touched it and soaked her calico fur again. her bright sparkling eyes flickered as she walked along before stopping. there was nothing here she wanted to look at and nothing she wanted to see. she wasn't even sure why she had left the camp. with a shrug; she continued onward and with a sigh she looked around.

Heatherpaw breathed in, then out again. Feeling the rain against her pelt she tried to relax herself. She hated water, let alone rain so this was not a good position to be in. She opened her eyes and tried to continue on and keep herself calm. Her Clan needed food and that was just what she was going to get. She scented a mouse in the tall grass, but it soon scuttled down a hole because of the rain. Heatherpaw snorted at herself shaking the water from her pelt even though it would not make much of a difference. She yawned flexing her paws out in front of her, what was the use. She was so tired from being out hunting all day and more of half the night. Heatherpaw spotted Cloverpaw, the new apprentice in the Clan. Her eyes drifted to the sky then back at the apprentice. Maybe if they had two cats, they would get some prey. "Hey Cloverpaw, do you want to hunt with me?" She asked padding over to scratch her ear.
